That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Air Duct Cleaning Before & After in Houston, TX
We can tell you our equipment is professional-grade and our technicians are thorough. But honestly, the proof is in the photos. Houston humidity bakes dust into duct walls until it forms a layer that looks like felt. When we pull that out and show homeowners the side-by-side, the reaction is usually the same: “That was in our air?” Yes. And now it’s not.

Extensive Dust and Debris Buildup in a Two-Story Home
Before
AfterThe problem here was years of accumulated dust, pet hair, and what our techs call “Houston felt” – humidity-glued particulate that a standard vacuum cannot move. We ran a Rotobrush rotary brush system along every reachable run to dislodge the debris at the duct wall, then put the system under negative pressure with a Nikro unit so nothing re-entered the living space while we worked. The result was a visibly clean duct interior and a noticeable drop in the fine dust settling on furniture within the first week.
Post-Renovation Drywall Dust and Construction Debris
Before
AfterWe see this often in Houston neighborhoods where homes are being updated. The homeowners had just finished a kitchen remodel, and their AC was blowing a fine white powder onto every surface. The dust had worked its way past the return filter and settled throughout the trunk line. Our Nikro negative-pressure unit pulled the airborne particulate out while the Rotobrush agitated the walls, and the Abatement Technologies HEPA filtration captured it before it could spread back into the house. Afterwards, the white film stopped appearing on countertops.
Mold and Mildew Growth in Humid Climate Ducts
Before
AfterHouston’s summer humidity creates condensation inside ducts, and where there’s moisture, mildew follows. This homeowner noticed a musty smell every time the AC cycled on. The dark staining along the return line was the giveaway. Our technician cleaned the affected runs with the Rotobrush, then ran the Nikro system to pull any loosened spores out of the ductwork entirely. The HEPA filtration kept those spores from escaping into the home during the job. The smell was gone the same day.
Pet Hair and Dander Accumulation in a Single-Story Home

Two large dogs and a cat meant this Houston home’s ducts were pulling double duty. Hair and dander had built up in layers, and the homeowners said their allergies seemed worse inside than out. We brushed the ducts with the Rotobrush to break the hair loose from the walls, then the Nikro unit pulled everything back to the truck-mounted collection point. The before photo shows what the register looked like when we started; the after shows the same register with clear airflow. That’s the difference between cleaning the vents you can see and cleaning the ducts you can’t.
Heavy Lint Accumulation in a Long Dryer Duct Run

This one surprised even us, and Dale Whitmore has been doing this since 2004. The dryer duct ran nearly the full length of the house before reaching an exterior wall, and lint had compacted into a dense layer along the bottom. The homeowners said clothes were taking two cycles to dry. We used our rotary brush system to break the lint free and the negative-air extraction to pull it out of the run. The airflow difference was immediate, and the dryer’s cycle time dropped significantly. A clogged dryer vent is also a fire risk, so this is one job we never recommend anyone tackle with a handheld brush.
Dust and Debris from a Long-Neglected Return System

This Houston homeowner had never had the ducts cleaned since the house was built. The return system was doing what returns do – pulling in air from the house, including years of skin cells, fabric fibers, and general household dust. The buildup was thick enough that we could scrape it with a finger. Our techs ran the Rotobrush through the return main and branches, then let the Nikro negative-pressure unit pull everything to the filter bank. By the time we finished, you could see bare metal where there used to be felt.
