Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Houston Team Behind Kestrel Air Duct Houston
We’re a Houston-based crew that has cleaned thousands of duct systems across Harris County and the surrounding area. What unites us isn’t a corporate mission statement. It’s simpler than that. We show up in the window we gave, we say the price before the work starts, and we leave a home cleaner than we found it. Every technician on this page works under the Kingswell Guarantee, the same written standard that has applied to every job since 2004. You’ll meet four of the people who answer the phone, run the equipment, and stand behind the work.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Dale Whitmore, Owner
Dale Whitmore has owned and operated Kestrel Air Duct Houston since joining the Kingswell family of companies. He started on the truck side, running Rotobrush and Nikro equipment in Houston attics before moving into running the location. That matters because he still knows what a clogged return looks like and what it takes to clean one properly. Dale is the one who answers when a customer wants to talk through a quote line by line. He’ll tell you Houston humidity makes duct interiors sticky, which is why a dryer vent that looks fine from the outside can still be packed with lint against the wall. He’d rather explain that than rush you off the phone. Dale lives in Houston and spends his weekends working on an old truck that, in his words, runs about as reliably as the Houston power grid in August.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been cleaning air ducts and dryer vents for nine years, the last five of them with Kestrel. He’s our lead on negative-air extraction jobs, which means he runs the Nikro units that pull contaminants out of a duct system while the brush agitation loosens them from the walls. If you want the technical version, he’ll walk you through static pressure and airflow. If you want the plain version, he’ll tell you he’s the reason the dust stays out of your living room during the job. Marcus is certified on Rotobrush rotary brush systems and handles most of our commercial work across Houston. Outside of work, he coaches his daughter’s youth soccer team and has strong opinions about Houston barbecue that he will share if you ask.
Luis R., Senior Dryer Vent Specialist
Luis has spent seven years focused almost entirely on dryer vents, and he’s seen what Houston’s humidity does to the inside of a vent pipe. Lint that would stay dry and loose in a desert climate turns into a dense, packed mat here. Luis handles lint trap bypass cleaning, meaning he cleans the full run from the dryer connection to the exterior termination point, not just the visible few feet behind the appliance. He’s trained on the Nikro negative-pressure systems and keeps his route efficient so he can give Houston customers a straight arrival window. Luis is originally from the Rio Grande Valley and moved to Houston a decade ago. He’s the quietest person on the crew until someone asks him about fishing, at which point he will not stop talking for at least twenty minutes.
Sarah K., Service Coordinator
Sarah is the voice on the phone when you call (254) 347-2738. She’s been with Kestrel for four years and handles scheduling, pricing, and the written quote that goes to every customer before any work begins. Sarah knows the equipment well enough to explain what a Rotobrush does versus a plain shop vac, and she’s the one who makes sure the 365-Day Done Right Promise goes in writing on every single job. Before Kestrel, she worked in property management in Houston, so she understands what landlords and homeowners each need from a duct cleaning. Sarah keeps a printed map of Houston neighborhoods on her desk, not because she needs it, but because she likes knowing exactly which part of town a customer is calling from. She answers the phone live, any hour, and if you get her after a long Houston summer day, she still sounds like the first call of the morning.
One Standard, Every Job
Every person above works under the same four promises that have defined the Kingswell family since 2004. A written price before work begins, on every visit, with no exceptions. A defined arrival window that we actually hit. A job site left cleaner than we found it. And a written guarantee on the work, with a free return visit if anything falls short within the guarantee period. That’s what the 365-Day Done Right Promise means, and it’s not a promotional offer. It’s the standing commitment that governs how Marcus runs a job, how Luis approaches a dryer vent, how Sarah writes a quote, and how Dale backs the work. We call it The Kingswell Way. It’s the code every technician follows on site, from the moment they knock to the moment they haul the hose back to the truck. The equipment changes, the Houston weather doesn’t, and the standard never moves.
